Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Charges

• 72+ hours before check-in: 80% refund
• 48–72 hours before check-in: 50% refund
• Less than 48 hours: No refund

2. Peak Dates

Bookings for 31st December, festivals, and long weekends are non-refundable.

3. No-Show

No refund for no-show or early departure.

4. Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.

5. Cancellation by Management

Reschedule or partial refund may be offered in unavoidable situations.
